I had lunch at the southern end of the ridge overlooking Whitesands with Ramsey Island over the bay. It had been a varied walk of about an hour along the ridge and just a bit of pushing through gorse in the middle part. I hadn't seen anyone else up there with me, just a few horses for company at one point.
