837. Lac Tremblant - 4th August 2023
From the Nez-de-L'Indien viewpoint which we reached by a 5km hike through the forest. The walk was 2 hours up and 90mins down. There were very few other viewpoints on the hike as there are far too many trees in Canada. At the far end of Lac Tremblant is the resort of Mount Tremblant which we had visited the day before. We saw a great variety of mushrooms on the walk and in the first kilometre lots of tubing in the trees which is use to collect maple syrup in the spring. Just as we neared the end of the walk we met a white tailed deer walking close by.
