Parliament Hill in Ottawa with visitors gathered around the eternal flame. There was quite a lot of renovation work going on including two large cranes around the main building which I have photoshopped out. A few minutes after this photo was taken it started pouring with rain and we took cover close to the visitor entrance before viewing the river.
