On the south side of the Douro River in Porto. We had just walked across the lower level of the Luís I Bridge. We took shelter in a cafe while a shower passed through and then came out for this picture. We then took the cable car up to the top (2 cars visible in the top left corner), sheltered from another rain shower and then walked back over the higher level.
