A stop for lunch on High Crag summit looking East at 1.15pm. It had been three hours up to Scarth Gap and then climbing High Crag but the effort was over now and after lunch just the ridge to look forward to. This summit was quite busy with about 15 other people up with us, including one lady who was about to walk down to Haystacks to summit her last Wainwright.
