251. Red Screes summit - 14th February 2019
We began to descend Red Screes and I couldn't resist one last sequence towards Helvellyn. The crags to the north of Dove Crag and Hart Crag showed up particularly clearly from this angle. We dropped down onto Middle Dodd but it was too windy to stop there very long so we retreated and had lunch behind the wall. Then we cut across the side of the fell, back the way we had come down by the wall and then headed up towards Little Hart Crag. Wainwright described Little Hart Crag as resembling a terrier lying by the fire and that can be seen quite well from this angle.
