Thunacar Knot is a strange summit and from many angles appears not much more than a few stones on the way from High Raise back to the edge. We only stopped for a minute to take this view Pavey Ark (insignificant from here), Harrison Stickle, Pike O'Stickle and Loft Crag still to do today. (Wainwright #76, 2372ft)
