The walk up Stickle Gill from the New Dungeon Ghyll Hotel was busy but at the top we turned right and left all the crowds behind us as we walked up to the summit of Blea Rigg and bagged our first Wainwright of the day. An hour up to Stickle Tarn and 20 minutes across to here. Jack's Rake and the alternative path that we used in 2012, are both visible. (Wainwright #73, 1775ft)
