I knew that adding Lank Rigg on would mean a much longer walk back to the car. The weather was also starting to look less certain so there was a danger that I would get there and have cloud settle on the summit as happened last time. I reached the ridge between Iron Crag and Whoap and it still looked OK although the wind was increasing all the time. All three of today's summits are visible here.
