A view towards the Fairfield Horseshoe over the rooftops in the north of Ambleside. This webcam has been in place for many years, one of the oldest webcams that I track but is rather a low quality image.
The camera has been having problems recently (2025) and often displays an image that is a few hours or even a day out of date. I contacted the shop about this but got no response. Run by Joe Brown Climber's shop.
I have produced my own holding page for this webcam because the image on the shop's website produces a rather squashed picture.
