As one of the highest webcams at 454m (1480ft) this camera is useful for assessing snow conditions although most of the image shows the road, car park and layby rather than the fells. This is the highest point you can take a car to in the Lake District. The webpage also displays some weather data such as temperature, wind speed, surface state etc. |
